Office High-Rise Property Manager Duties and Responsibilities

• On-site, full-time role.
• Be comfortable working with all aspects of the physical plant, financial operation, tenant relations, market positioning, and community image building.
• Tracking financial budget, accounts receivable and payable.
• Contract negotiating, lease collections, evictions, and lease renewals.
• Tenant bill-backs.
• Oversee the daily operations of Building Engineering, Housekeeping, Parking and Building Security Departments.
• Complete a monthly variance report on budget, occupancy, and employee payroll.
• Work in tandem with the on-site Chief Building Engineer.

Office High-Rise Property Manager Requirements and Qualifications

• 3 years of on-site office building property management experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent, college degree preferred.
• Intermediate experience in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
