Responsibilities:

As a Developmental Support Specialist (DSS), you'll engage with families through at least six home visits over two years. Your role is to empower parents with the knowledge and tools to understand developmental assessments, enabling them to identify and address concerns early on. Additionally, you'll offer valuable referrals and connections to further support services.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in human services (preferably in a field such as social work, developmental psychology, and/or early childhood education).
• Flexibility with daytime and evening hours
• Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in child welfare, primary prevention services, child development, or related fields.
• Bilingual English/Spanish required.
• Valid Florida driver’s license is required.
