Job Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Infant/Toddler Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with young infants & toddler children and a strong educational background in Early Childhood Education.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement lesson plans that meet the educational and developmental needs of infant/toddler children.
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow.
- Conduct activities that promote social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development.
- Communicate regularly with families regarding their child's progress and any concerns.
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom conducive to learning.
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a positive learning environment.
Experience:
- Experience working with infant/toddler children, preferably in a childcare learning setting.
- Knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices related to infants/toddlers
- Certification in CPR and First Aid is required.
- Familiarity with special education techniques is a preferred.
- Ability to engage and educate infants/toddlers effectively.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Child Development Certificate (CDC); Associates degree or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or other related field
