**Job Overview:** We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Child Care Director to oversee the operations of our child care facility. The ideal candidate will have a passion for educating and nurturing young children, along with strong leadership skills to manage a team effectively. **Duties:** - Develop and implement educational programs that align with state regulations and promote the cognitive, social, and emotional development of children. - Supervise and support staff members, providing guidance and training as needed. - Ensure a safe and stimulating environment for children by maintaining cleanliness, safety protocols, and appropriate resources. - Collaborate with parents to address individual child needs and maintain open communication. - Manage budgeting, enrollment, and administrative tasks efficiently. **Requirements:** - Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field. - Previous experience in child care management or education administration. - Familiarity with state licensing regulations for child care facilities. - Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills. - Experience working with students or in higher education teaching is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $52,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
