Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated HR individual to join our team. The HR position is to recruit, screen, and interview job applicants and place newly hired workers in jobs. They also may handle compensation and benefits, training, and employee relations.

Duties:

Candidate recruitment

Processing company payroll

Implementing a safety program

Updating and designing companies policy

Maintaining a work environment

Performance analysis

Employee engagement

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources
- Previous experience & knowledge of working with Human Resource duties
- Ability to follow protocols and work independently as well as part of a team
