POSITION SUMMARY
The Director, Infrastructure & Securityis a senior level individual to lead and execute the strategy for IT infrastructure, system/network operations and security. Individual in this role is responsible for leading IT function and staff that provides the following support to the enterprise: data center operations, security operations, server OS operations, network operations; storage operations and system maintenance and monitoring. Incumbent has overall accountability for team decisions, management, and results. Provides direction, coaches, develops, and mentors leaders within the Infrastructure and Cyber Security teams and outside those groups in addition to hands-on support as needed. This person is an advocate for CHA’s total information security needs and is responsible for the development and delivery of a comprehensive risk based information security strategy to optimize the security posture of the company.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s and/or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration or equivalent experience and at least 5 to 7 years of IT and business/industry work experience with at least 5 years managing teams. Excellent management, leadership, organizational, interpersonal, communication and customer service skills with active-listening skills and the ability to effectively interact with all levels of management. Proven adaptability to shifting project schedules, priorities and assignments; able to make effective decisions under pressure.
Demonstrated problem-solver with the ability to cope under pressure and coordinate multiple activities in a dynamic, fast-paced team environment. Ability to work flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays. Strong mentoring skills. Experience in building and managing a team of strong technical people. Proven track record of success in driving operational excellence, including coordinating and driving issues to resolution autonomously utilizing excellent judgment skills.
Salary Range: $140,000 – 145,000
