What will you be doing?

As an AI Security Practice Leader, your role is vital in addressing the security challenges faced by our customers. You will lead and manage the AI Security practice within our organization, focusing on providing effective solutions and services to our customers. Your primary responsibility is to develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives that align with our organization's goals and objectives, emphasizing a comprehensive AI Security framework and maturity model that leverages key cybersecurity concepts in the field of AI Security. Your role will involve overseeing a team of AI Security professionals, providing guidance, mentoring, and performance feedback to ensure their growth and effectiveness. You will be responsible to collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as IT, legal, and compliance, to ensure effective coordination and alignment of AI Security practices with our customers' business functions. You will work closely with them to understand our customers' unique challenges and develop tailored solutions to meet their specific needs. Additionally, you will establish and maintain AI Security policies, procedures, and standards that adhere to regulatory requirements and industry best practices. Staying informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes will enable you to recommend and implement innovative improvements to our services and solutions, ensuring that we stay ahead of evolving threats and challenges. Furthermore, you will collaborate with our Consulting Services team to develop a robust set of AI Security assessments and services. This includes overseeing AI Security assessments, designing comprehensive statements of work (SOWs) for long-term engagements, and working closely with our customers to optimize their AI Security capabilities. By providing thought leadership, contributing to industry forums, and identifying new opportunities for AI Security services, you will ensure that our customers receive the highest quality and most effective security solutions. Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives for the AI Security practice, aligning them with the organization's overall goals and objectives.
  • Manage and lead a team of AI Security professionals, providing guidance, mentoring, and performance feedback to ensure the team's effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with Consulting Services to develop a robust line of AI Security services, focusing on offering assessments and long-term SOW-based engagements.
  • Work closely with Consulting Services to design and deliver comprehensive AI Security assessments, evaluating the effectiveness of existing security controls, processes, and technologies.
  • Develop methodologies and frameworks for conducting AI Security assessments, considering industry best practices, regulatory requirements, and the organization's specific needs.
  • Define and scope long-term engagements that help clients optimize their AI Security, addressing gaps identified during assessments and aligning with industry standards and emerging trends.
  • Collaborate with Consulting Services to develop comprehensive Statements of Work (SOWs) for AI Security engagements, clearly outlining deliverables, timelines, resource requirements, and success criteria.
  • Provide subject matter expertise and guidance during AI Security engagements, working closely with client stakeholders to understand their business objectives, security challenges, and operational requirements.
  • Assess the effectiveness and maturity of clients' AI Security processes, technologies, and organizational structures, identifying areas for improvement and recommending appropriate solutions.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop customized roadmaps and strategies for enhancing clients' AI Security capabilities, considering their specific needs, available resources, and risk profiles.
  • Work with Consulting Services to identify and integrate emerging technologies and best-of-breed solutions into service offerings, ensuring the delivery of cutting-edge and effective AI Security services.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in AI Security, leveraging industry research, conferences, and vendor partnerships to continuously enhance service offerings.
  • Provide thought leadership and contribute to whitepapers, blogs, and industry forums, promoting the organization's expertise in AI Security and driving brand recognition.
  • Collaborate with sales and business development teams to identify new opportunities for AI Security services, support the development of proposals, and engage with clients to understand their needs and tailor service offerings accordingly.
  • Work closely with the team to ensure high-quality delivery of AI Security engagements, providing oversight, guidance, and support to ensure client satisfaction and successful outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors or equivalent level degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a closely related field
  • 5-10 years' program development experience (or demonstrated leadership within a technical team)

  • 10 years' technical sales industry experience or equivalent
  • Expertise in machine learning, natural language processing, and other AI technologies.
  • Advanced security certifications preferred. (CISSP, CISM, GIAC, CISA...)
  • Understanding of AI security vulnerabilities and mitigation strategies like adversarial machine learning, data poisoning, model extraction, etc.
  • Hands-on experience implementing AI/ML technologies for security use cases like threat detection, user behavior analysis, identity verification, etc.
  • Experience with generative AI and LLMs.
