Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Pastry Cook to join our culinary team. The Pastry Cook will be responsible for creating delicious pastries, desserts, and baked goods in a professional kitchen environment.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare a variety of pastries, desserts, and baked goods following recipes and quality standards
- Operate kitchen equipment such as mixers, ovens, and pastry tools
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
- Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new menu items
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

Skills:
- Proven experience as a Pastry Cook or similar role in the food industry
- Knowledge of food production processes and techniques
- Culinary skills with the ability to create visually appealing and tasty pastries
- Proficiency in food handling, knife skills, and food safety practices
- Strong customer service skills for interacting with guests and fulfilling special requests
- Experience in catering or baking is a plus
