WHO WE NEEDDue to the unprecedented growth and evolution The Car Park has experienced over the last 2 years, we are expanding numerous departments at various levels and locations nationwide. This position performs a range of accounts payable and general accounting office support functions. The successful candidate will be well organized, highly motivated, and can prioritize their work effectively. This position requires someone who is efficient and detail oriented, comfortable with vendor contact, and a team player.

A DAY IN THE LIFE

• Process vendor invoices for approval.
• Vendor data maintenance including activating and deactivating vendors and clients in the appropriate systems.
• Ensure proper approvals and process weekly vendor payments.
• Maintain vendor accounts, annual tax filings and review outstanding payables and payments.
• Be able to strategically resolve and troubleshoot issues.

MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
• General accounting knowledge, with accounts payable experience preferred.
• Must possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, commitment to high quality work, ability to multitask and be able to meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, with strong Excel skills required.
• Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
