Our client is searching for a Personal Assistant in The Greater Miami Area. The Personal Assistant will be responsible for providing comprehensive professional, personal, and administrative/project support to the CEO. Responsibilities:
Manage personal and household finances
Handle household management tasks and support family needs
Hire and oversee household vendors
Coordinate travel arrangements
Scheduling appointments
Plan and coordinate corporate and personal events
Perform personal errands, reservations, and gift procurement
Provide updates on task progress and support ad hoc projects
Qualifications:
Must have a Bachelor's degree
5 years of experience in a similar role
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Excellent, verifiable references
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
Must be local or willing to relocate to the area
