The Building People Career Center is Hiring a TIA Project Manager - (TS Cleared) Near Huntsville, AL
The Building People, LLC, has a position open for a full-time TIA Project Manager and active Top Secret Clearancefor a facilities engineering program to support a federal Agency. The responsibilities for the TIA Project Manager will include but will not be limited to:
- Monitor and report contractor planning and work operations including creating progress reports for internal management and for client to track project milestones.
- Execute successful projects by collaborating with senior management and contractors to effectively plan, troubleshoot issues, and develop evolving solutions.
- Responsibilities include overseeing/performing Forensic cost analysis and overseeing/performing detailed Cost/Time Impact Analysis (TIA) on ongoing projects and projects in dispute resolution.
- Additional responsibilities include overseeing/performing Forensic schedule analysis and overseeing/performing detailed Time Impact Analysis (TIA) on ongoing projects and projects in dispute resolution.
