The Building People, LLC, has a position open for a full-time Project Manager. The Project Manager is responsible for leading teams to deliver project(s) that span across one or more business units. Manage resources, schedules, financials and adhere to federal government quality control guidelines throughout the full program delivery life cycle. This also includes management of client risks and project change requests to ensure successful and on-time project delivery. Contribute to process improvement initiatives as it relates to improving project delivery while exceeding customer expectations. Supervises all personnel assigned to the project including time coding, leave approval, training, performance management and disciplinary actions.
This role has the authority to run the project(s) on a day-to-day basis and is responsible for ensuring the project achieves the required quality of deliverables within the specified constraints of time and cost and to achieve the potential benefits defined by the client. Also, responsible for supporting and maintaining the company culture that fosters creativity, innovation, and advancement.
The successful candidate must have experience in providing strategic direction and solutions in order to achieve the best value asset management and operating cost efficiencies as well as optimize it’s supporting technology, process, and people.
