The Quality Control Specialist is responsible for supporting new business and existing business transitions as a primary function, assisting with new business startups will be the priority. Responsibility for this role will be to operate under the direction of the Director, Center Of Excellence and Quality Manager to carry out best practices relating to Quality Control for all new customers and existing, to ensure customer scope of work is being satisfied, by training and reporting on quality standards and resolving quality-related issues.
Responsibilities:
  • Develop under the direction of the Primary Implementation Manager, a detailed, integrated site procedures manual (CIMS) with milestone schedule for all transition activities,
  • In support of the Primary Implementation Manager, develop and implement a customized quality program for new or current accounts that drives customer service and operational efficiencies,
  • Read and interpret new or existing contracts to identify topline initiatives, developing a “brief” for the Implementation Account team that captures the mandatory and exceptions related to recruiting, onboarding and training,
  • Collecting/reviewing floor plans to evaluate staffing levels and developing routines for frontline associates (Collect data relating to each building; square feet per room, per building, etc,
  • Scope of work review and allocating industry-standard production rates, and
  • Working with local teams to interview/select management staff as it relates to new startups.
Quality Responsibilities:
  • Carry out procedures to ensure consistent service quality,
  • Review and report as directed, and maintain Quality Management System Manuals (i.e. Quality Control Manual, and SOP Manual),
  • While completing random quality audits must identify and report services and facility quality issues. Perform root cause analysis and develop robust preventive measures,
  • Work closely with the Operations team to facilitate consistency in service quality
  • Develop and maintain a thorough working knowledge of applicable ISSA and CIMS standards and regulations, policies, and best practices toward sound quality,
  • Execute and test parameters for new quality programs as the company grows and introduces new platforms,
  • Identify opportunities to improve process quality, consistency, and performance to establish continuous improvement initiatives for quality,
  • Attend team meetings and training sessions such as Quality Program review committees and sub-committees.
  • Assist Quality Control Manager and Director Center of Excellence outside Program Developer for platforms, along with internal IT Department with relation to system upgrades,
  • Assist in the testing of new products and processes,
  • Strengthen the QA department by contributing innovative ideas, expertise, knowledge, high professional standards, team spirit and pride in the Company,
  • Assists in the development and maintenance of timelines and resource allocations for projects assigned,
  • Attend courses and seminars that will add value to and better the Quality Management System.
  • Other duties as assigned
Training Responsibilities
  • Schedule/Coordinate/Conduct new employee orientations,
  • Implement systems, policies and procedures for the identification, collection and analysis of performance measurement data
  • Provide leadership to achieve best practice performance levels in quality improvement while implementing processes in the field
  • Deliver training material utilizing a variety of media
  • Interface as needed internally and externally with vendors that support field operations such as supply vendors, material suppliers, software vendors, etc.
  • Identify and work to develop and deploy individual training programs that meet the skills gap identified through training needs assessment.
Audit/Account Wellness Responsibilities
  • Audit all new accounts 90 days after implementation to ensure all respective components and technology are being utilized effectively and efficiently.

  • Effectively communicates relevant project/practice information to client stakeholders and colleaguesTactfully communicates sensitive information and demonstrates strict confidentiality in handling records, investigations, counseling, proprietary data, and trade secrets
Minimum Requirements:
  • Education: 4 Year Degree
  • Software Skills: ATS, CRM, HCM
  • Experience: More than 5 years of operations management, project management, training, and human resources experience
  • Travel: 75% Travel Required
