The Bond Law Firm PLLC is Hiring a Production Coordinator Near Washington, DC

We are currently searching for a highly motivated and organized Production Coordinator who can work efficiently in a fast-paced work environment. The ideal candidate should demonstrate an unwavering attention to detail, a self-motivated work ethic, and the capacity to multitask in a creative environment. Successful candidates will have a degree in film, possess 3-5 years of production experience, and have experience in social media production.

Qualifications:

· Film degree.

· 3-5 years’ experience.

· Ability to communicate effectively and professionally, both verbally and in writing.

· Experience with social media marketing and production.

· Must be able to handle duties including meeting deadlines.

· Must have the ability to create and manage production budgets.

· Must be task-oriented and result-driven.

· Experience in film editing and equipment preferred.

· Must be a team player.

· must possess the ability to creatively solve problems while maintaining focus under pressure.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

· Communicate daily and weekly schedules, manage schedule changes, and send call sheets.

· Provide logistical support to the creative aspects of the production.

· Supervise operations by managing supplies, vendors, calls, emails, and records.

· Assist in developing project budget and oversee to ensure spending stays within scope.

· Develop production schedules and set up the support elements necessary for filming.

· Manage production paperwork, which may include location permits, bills, schedules, call sheets, insurance forms and release forms.

· Produce and maintain social media accounts and production.

· Meet with management in person once a week.

Job Type: Part-time

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Ability to Relocate:

  • Washington, DC 20007: Relocate before starting work (Required)

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Washington, DC 20007
