Job Overview:
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Customer Service Representative 4-40. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing excellent customer support and ensuring customer satisfaction. This includes handling customer inquiries, resolving customer issues, and maintaining a positive customer experience. The role will be primarily located in West Palm Beach, FL, with flexibility for "some" remote work..
Duties:
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Provide information about products and services
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges
- Resolve customer complaints in a professional manner
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries
- Upsell products and services to customers when appropriate
Requirements:
-Working with underwriters
-Creating Accords
-Use of Ezlynx
- Proficient in English; fluency in Spanish is a plus
- Strong data entry skills
- Ability to analyze information and communicate effectively
- Prior experience in customer service or a related field is preferred
- Multilingual or bilingual capabilities are advantageous
