Responsibilities

Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, policy changes, and claims processing for reference and compliance purposes.

Problem Resolution: Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and effective manner, escalating as needed to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements
