Growing Property Management Company is seeking a talented and experienced Property Manager for their expanding affordable housing apartment portfolio. Candidates should have experience managing LIHTC, Section 8 and market rate apartments preferably with experience overseeing 150-200 units at multiple properties. Candidates should be tax credit certified, and have experience with budgets, financials, and overseeing staff.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
