We have a proven path and will provide you with the models, systems, tools, coaching, training and accountability that ensure success!
You may be wondering why we are hiring… well the truth is I always was worried about growing my team for a fear of not having enough business for my team members. Well, after consolidating our systems and seeing just how many past clients, current prospects, and trusted vendors we have in our world (over 38,000 total people in our database) I have quickly realized that I don’t have a “lack of business” problem. I truly have a “lack of team members” problem – we do not have enough team members to service our database and we are activiely hiring to fix that!
We are looking for motivated, driven, positive, and hard-working agents to add to our team and grow together. If you show up, we show up! We have a limitless growth path for your career.
Responsibilities

  • Graduate from our Agent Launch

We have a super-dialed 86 day launch that teaches you all you need to know to be a successful Realtor in today's market. The average new agent closes (or pending) 3.4 transactions during this time, seasoned agent is 9.3.

  • Work with buyers to find the perfect home, write the offer, and get it accepted!

Who doesn't love to look at houses all day? :) Be a student of the game while you master our proven buyer's presentation and offer system.

  • Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients’ search criteria

We have a great training plan that involves excellent communication and when the agent gets their buyer's offer accepted, we all win!

  • Write and negotiate offers on behalf of the sales agent and clients

Nothing better than in-person training to learn the ins and outs of Real Estate!

  • Lead generate a minimum of 15 hours a week, make appointments and convert

This is ONLY the team for you if you plan to show up and work hard. We will give you all the scripts and training so you know exactly what to say/do each day! 20 contacts a day are a given, 50 contacts a day are more the norm, and once a month we do 1,000 dial days (not a typo!). You will prospect and we come from contribution so it is a fun conversation that uncovers possibilities.

  • Conduct three open houses monthly

Host 3 open houses monthly, taking a weekend off each month for work/life balance. We have great training around this.

  • Participate in team activities per team standards

We have a great work ethic on our team and we all show up to work. All of our agents are full time. We do client events, script practice, dialing, door knocking and open houses. You get to do all this with us!

  • Commit to weekly 1:1 Coaching, Trainings and Partner Call

We treat this job as a career and not a hobby. We help you create a weekly calendar so you know what is expected of you.

  • Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology

We have an amazing customer management system for you to track all your calls/appointments.
Qualifications
You are a motivated Realtor, hungry for success and willing to learn. You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions. Prospecting and lead generation are your strength zones! Overcoming objections comes naturally. You are a strong communicator. You have a desire to grow both personally and professionally. You want to give back to your community and make an impact.
