Real Estate Operations Manager

What You’ll Do:

  • Build, implement, maintain, and OWN all systems for internal communication, team calendar, office management, client care systems, team retention and recognition including events, reviews, and referrals.
  • Hiring and management of virtual support staff
  • Build, implement, maintain recruiting systems such as running ads to bring in candidates, marketing to unlicensed and licensed recruits, contributing directly to agent count growth
  • Owning the onboarding, offboarding, training, and development of agents and operations staff by following the PLACE model and holding all accountable to team standards.
  • Manage the quality of all listing launches and contract to close, including overseeing virtual professionals who complete many of the tasks and creating systems for increased efficiencies and experience
  • Provide a world class experience for clients (including but not limited to buyers, sellers, our own agents, cooperating agents, vendors and affiliates) through phone and email on behalf of the team through contract and beyond
  • Manage team financials in cooperation with Place accounting team. Ensure all team receipts are obtained and submit to the finance team along with DAs, when reports are generated, take ownership of finding opportunities to reduce expenses
  • Oversee management of database health, finding and creating opportunities to impact lead conversion, referrals, and directly impacting production through systems and collaboration with Director of Sales
  • Oversee execution of monthly team productivity rhythms
  • Oversee implementation of Operations Playbook
  • Implement auto plans and other tools provided by Place that directly impact growth through agent count and per agent productivity.
  • Create and maintain the team’s operations manual that documents all systems and standards that are not able to exist within our technology leverage, Brivity
  • Utilize leadership and resourcefulness to solve problems, protecting the CEO time and the time of agents who need to be focused on sales. Keep the team leader and director of sales informed regarding any problems or issues that need to be escalated and help to develop solutions
  • Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching sessions, PLACE trainings, and Brivity trainings and to utilizing our tools and systems for priority and time management.

Required Background:

  • 2 years experience in an operations role
  • Washington Real Estate License, or willingness to obtain license within first 6 months of employment
  • 1 years experience in Transaction Coordination
  • 1 years experience in Project Management or a high level leadership role
  • Requires a prior work history that demonstrates the ability to plug into and improve existing systems, understand complexities of a process flow and lean processes, and provide an enthusiastic level of support to a team.
  • Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.

Other Details:

  • Real Estate experience is not required but is a bonus!
  • Compensation DOE, range from $60,000-75,000, with additional compensation in the form of a bonus structure, referral program and revenue share. This position has the potential to lead to a $100K comp package for the right candidate who contributes at a high level to company growth
  • This role will be full time, in the OR-WA Metro office, Monday through Friday from 8 am - 5 pm
