TAAF serves the Asian American and Pacific Islander community in their pursuit of belonging and prosperity that is free from discrimination, slander, and violence. Founded in 2021 in response to the rise in anti-Asian hate and to address the long-standing underinvestment in AAPI communities, TAAF funds best in class organizations working to mobilize against hate and violence, educate communities, and reclaim our narratives through our core pillars of Anti-Hate, Education, Narrative Change, and Resources & Representation. Through our grants, high-impact initiatives and events, we’re creating a permanent and irrevocable sense of belonging for millions of Asian Americans and Pacific Islanders in the United States. About the Role
TAAF believes in the power of awareness, conversation, and messaging to advance our mission to serve the Asian American and Pacific Islander community in their pursuit of belonging and prosperity that is free from discrimination, slander, and violence. We are looking for a Graphic Designer to translate creative concepts into visually appealing and engaging designs primarily for our digital channels including social media, newsletters, and website. This role will work closely with the Creative Manager and Social Media Strategist to develop TAAF’s social media identity and help express our brand in fresh and exciting ways across digital media. As a young and growing organization, we are constantly exploring and experimenting with ideas that manifest our brand guidelines into compelling social content. We welcome the Graphic Designer to play a key role in building our visual brand with us and upleveling our content to capture new audiences. Applicants should share a portfolio along with their application to showcase their design work in social, among other creative projects and skillsets if available.
