Hourly Wage $25.00 - $27.00 an hour.

The ART Hotel is seeking a highly organized and experienced hotel banquet captain to join our team. The Hotel Banquet captain will play a crucial role in coordinating and executing all aspects of banquets and events, ensuring a seamless experience for our guests. The Hotel Banquet Captain requires excellent leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Some Key Areas of Responsibilities for the Hotel Banquet Captain include:

• Take care of any and all food functions taking place during their shift.
• Review all BEOs/Function Sheets with the Banquet Manager and plan how the shift will run.
• Assign Side Duties and Cleaning Responsibilities and follow up to ensure that they are completed before allowing any staff member to leave.
• Take care of the service on any coffee breaks that take place during their shift.

Requirements for the Hotel Banquet Captain include:

• Must maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Ability to handle guest complaints.
• Possesses telephone etiquette skills.

Applicants must be able to work weekends & holidays.
