This is a part-time direct-care position in the Residential Group Home Program involving the implementation of residential services to individuals with disabilities. Part-time employees work 16-29 hours per week.

This position is directly supervised by a Residential Program Manager. Specific duties in accord with above are assigned by the Residential Program Manager who utilizes performance in carrying out assigned tasks, resident progress, resident record completion, and other incidental but pertinent factors to annually review the holder of this position.
