THE ARC OF BUTLER COUNTY is Hiring a Residential Program Coordinator Near Butler, PA
This is a direct-care position in the Residential Group Home Program involving the implementation and documentation of residential services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
Examples of Work Performed:
- Attends all assigned meetings providing input on progress of individuals and program development.
- Development and implementation of Individual Written Program Plans.
- Providing transportation as necessary to residents for appointments, scheduling appointments and making referrals as necessary with appropriate medical personnel.
- Obtains necessary forms and casework information from all involved agencies and responsible for upkeep and all additions to case records. Writing of program notes and updates to medical logs.
- Participation in staff training as required.
- Prepares records as required by agency policy and regulation/
- Performs other necessary work as required.
- Education- High School graduate or equivalent and valid drivers license
