An ideal candidate for this position must be outgoing, cheerful, and dependable.
A little about YOU: You are able to multitask, you possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, you are compassionate and enjoy working with people and animals, and you have a positive outlook. Veterinary clinic experience is desired, but we are happy to train the right candidate! Must possess basic computer skills and understanding of Microsoft/Office software.

Responsibilities:
· Friendly, professional interaction with clients and their pets
· Answering phones, message taking and scheduling appointments
· Timely response to emails and social media
· Perform efficient patient check in/check out procedures
· Process invoices and maintain professional appearance of clinic
