- Perform duties efficiently and quietly
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and consistently be on their feet up to 8 hours per day without a break.
- Clears the tables, cleans the chairs and resets the tables as each tables leaves
- Keep the dining room floor swept
- Folds napkins and makes silverware setups
- Cleaning and cutting celery, and make coffee and tea throughout the evening
- Stock the sideboards with tablecloths, silverware, napkins, glassware, etc.
- Help in moving tables and chairs to best accommodate the guests
- Assist servers such as: refilling water glasses, offering fresh ground pepper, etc.
