Job Description:

Position Overview:

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented Servers to join the Umbrella Dry Bar team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service, ensuring a memorable experience for our patrons within our wellness-focused and zero-proof beverage environment.

Responsibilities:

- Provide outstanding and personalized customer service to guests, guiding them through the menu and recommending zero-proof beverage selections based on their preferences.

- Effectively communicate menu items, ingredients, and any specials or events taking place at Umbrella Dry Bar.

- Take orders accurately and efficiently, inputting them into the system and coordinating with the bar and kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery.

- Ensure a clean and organized dining area, set tables, and maintain an inviting ambiance for guests.

- Handle customer inquiries, resolve concerns, and address any issues promptly and professionally.

- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations and contribute to a positive work environment.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a restaurant, bar, or hospitality setting is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
