We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as an Office Administrative/Marketing Assistant. This multifaceted role requires a detail-oriented and organized professional who can seamlessly handle administrative tasks while contributing to our light marketing efforts along with transaction coordinating.
At least 1 year real estate experience
Responsibilities:
1. *Administrative Duties:*
- Manage phone calls, emails, and general office correspondence.
- Maintain organized filing systems and assist with data entry.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Handle office supplies inventory and procurement.
2. *Light Marketing Tasks:*
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns.
- Manage social media platforms and contribute to content creation.
- Support the coordination of events and promotional activities.
- Conduct market research and provide insights for marketing strategy.
3. *Communication and Collaboration:*
- Work closely with team members to ensure smooth office operations.
- Communicate effectively with clients and external partners.
- Collaborate with marketing team members to implement strategies.
4. *Qualifications:*
- Proven experience in office administration and basic marketing tasks.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with marketing tools.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
5. *Education and Requirements:*
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in office administration or marketing is a plus.
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
