- Establish and maintain a solid working environment with the construction team.
- Coordinate with project superintendents to schedule initial customer service closing walk with the homeowner.
- Perform the FTQ360 Customer Service Orientation for homes assigned to them.
- Follow up with all homeowners within 30 days of closing.
- Responsible for the 24-hour emergency phone on a rotating basis.
- Responsible for coordinating and scheduling of all vendors, suppliers, and trade partners for all approved customer service requests.
- Coordinate and communicate all colour selections, options, and finish materials from customers, designers, and sales associates to the respective vendors, suppliers, and trade partners as needed for scheduled customer service appointments.
- Conduct in person visits with the homeowner to ensure all items were completed successfully and with the full satisfaction of the homeowner.
- Record and process all vendor work orders for applicable invoices and completed customer service work.
- Responsible for tracking of customer service requests ensuring all items are closed out in a timely manner and reported accurately.
- Manage and control the submittal, tracking, and response follow up for all customer satisfaction surveys.
- Continually work to reinforce the buyer’s decision to purchase their home from Thrive Home Builders and inspire their confidence in the construction staff and vendors ability to build a quality home.
- Work to set proper expectations with the buyers on all customer service issues, schedules, and practices.
- Track reoccurring issues and provide regular detailed reports to the Director of Construction and Vice President of Homebuilding Operations to improve the construction quality and homebuyer satisfaction.
- Quickly respond to and complete any special projects requested by the Director of Customer Service or other management personnel.
- Notify trade contractors and material suppliers far enough in advance to assure materials are delivered and trade contractors arrive on schedule.

- Highly organized and detail oriented with good communication skills.
- Proven provider of consistent and exemplary customer service.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
