We're on the lookout for a skilled and passionate individual to become a valued member of our expanding team. In this position, you'll be instrumental in our sales journey, aiding customers in crafting their custom Tune M1. Your responsibilities will include managing the necessary purchase orders and paperwork, all the while ensuring smooth sailing for our sales operations. It requires a combination of sales, administrative and interpersonal skills to deliver exceptional customer service while supporting daily office tasks. Key Responsibilities

• Build HubSpot quotes and invoices for customers
• Communicate with customers in a structured way about their customer Tune M1 PO’s
• Answer any questions customers may have about their build decisions
• Greet and assist potential customers and visitors in a courteous and professional manner
• Handle incoming and outgoing communications including emails and phone calls
• Collaborate with other team members or departments to address complex customer concerns
• Escalate unresolved matters to higher-level management when necessary
• Generate reports and documents as requested
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving
• Maintain customer order information across our CRM platform and spreadsheets
• Help with customer walkthroughs of builds after installation
• Ensure the office environment is neat, organized, and welcoming

Qualifications

• HubSpot experience mandatory 
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or relevant certifications is a plus
• Proficient in Google Workplace (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, and Slides), especially Sheets
• Analytically minded preferred
• Experience working with complicated spreadsheets preferred
• Proven customer service experience is required
• Experience with HubSpot preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Attention to detail and accuracy in record keeping
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform repetitive tasks
• Stand, bend, and reach for extended periods
• Comfortable working in various environmental conditions, including exposure to dust and noise

Job Type

• Full-time

Pay

• $35,000-$45,000
