Business Development Associates are responsible for increasing sales and maximizing margins. They are driving exceptional customer engagement by handling calls, emails, and cases in a professional and timely manner.

Responsibilities: Reporting to our VP of Sales and Marketing, the Business Development Associate will be responsible for but not limited to:

  • Responds to inbound telephone and email inquiries, orders, and requests for information
  • Assist with customer service needs and correspondence
  • Processes transactions in applicable CRM / ERP system(s)
  • Creates and update Purchase and Sales orders
  • Sends sales campaigns to existing customers and new prospects
  • Prepare and distribute information on new product availability
  • Providing administrative support to the Trading team and helping with the day-to-day
  • The company reserves the right to add or change duties at any time
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
  • Minimum three (2) years of business development
  • Working knowledge of all MS Office applications, particularly MS Excel
  • Previous ERP / CRM system preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven ability to plan and manage resources
