Performs administrative duties in association with and is directed by the GM and or Department Manager.

Essential Duties:
Payroll and invoice processing ,along with accurate bank deposits, distributes mail and maintains filling system, answers phones, and assists the public with information about the department and/or the facility, prepares summaries and reports, takes minutes during meetings, Regular and reliable attendance Preforms other duties as required.
Education/Experience:
High School Diploma or general education degree (GED) 3 to 6 months related experience and/or training equivalent combination of education and experience.
Physical Demands:
Typical office environment, occasionally stands and walks, frequently sits. Typically requires routine use of personal computer and general office equipment.

Ability to read and speak English, Knowledge of software applications such as Microsoft, Word and Excel helpful, Exceptional organizational skills; maintains accuracy and neatness; ability to multitask ,ability to communicate verbally an in writing. Ability to compose letters and to facilitate phone calls and general inquiries sensibly.
