Texas Dental Implant Center is Hiring a Treatment/Sales Coordinator Near Houston, TX
We are seeking a Smile Design Concierge/Treatment Sales Coordinator for our team. Working at Texas Dental Implant Center means being part of something bigger than ourselves and having the opportunity to change a person’s life through their smile.

Responsibilities:
Meeting with potential patients in a business-to-person consultation style to understand the patients wants in order to give each person the best treatment plan.
Assisting potential patients in discovering the best financial options to move forward.
Strong work ethic to follow-up on patients that did not move forward or no-showed on the first appointment.
Provide exceptional customer service to all clients.
Assist customers in finding and selecting products that meet their needs.
Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions.
Process transactions accurately and efficiently.
Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure word of mouth referrals.
Meet or exceed sales goals on a regular basis.
Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Excellent sales and negotiation skills. (5-7 years consultative B2C experience)
Strong communication and rapport building skills.
Self-motivation, drive and initiative.
An outgoing and confident approach.
Spanish language is a bonus not a requirement.
Fluent in English. (additional language skills are a plus)
Strong time management and organizational skills.
Previous experience in sales, particularly in medical/auto/ Jewelry sales, is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work well in a team environment.
Compensation and Benefits:
We offer competitive compensation and benefits packages, including:
Base salary plus commission on sales.
Annual compensation is performance based ranging $35,000-90,000.
