Serves as the Human Resource Generalist supporting the Human Resources Director in all department functions, including but not limited to: employee events, data entry, filing, running reports, reconciling billing statements, processing and tracking leave requests, processing required paperwork for any incoming employees, contractors, traveler staff and students, fulfill recruitment needs with advertising and tracking of vacant positions and outreach to schools and various advertising venues. Other duties as assigned.
High School graduate required with at least two years of administrative or office assistant experience. Bachelor's degree strongly preferred. Equivalent combination of experience and training that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities will be considered. Must be customer service focused, detail-oriented and ensure the accuracy and confidentiality of employee records.
