- Technical project management involving internal or external suppliers to support overall program milestones
- Injection and compression molding, structural plastics, metal stamping, aluminum extrusion, elastomeric extrusion, glass manufacturing, or aluminum casting
- Defining or designing test setups
- Modeling using CAD, CATIA V5, CATIA V6, 3DX, or Unigraphics NX
- Root cause analysis with comparison of possible countermeasures and business case summaries
- Design for manufacturability (DFM)
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering or related
- Seven (7) years of experience in mechanical design
- Employer will accept a Master's degree or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering or related and five (5) years of experience in mechanical design in lieu of a Bachelor's degree or equivalent and seven (7) years of experience as described above

$80,000 - $300,000/annual salary cash and stock awards benefits
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
