The Construction Manager Leadership position requires anexperienced and strategic leader to oversee and guide multiple ConstructionManagers. This involves setting the overall direction for projects, ensuringalignment with organizational goals, and overseeing the successful execution ofall construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for providingstrategic guidance, facilitating collaboration, and promoting a culture ofcontinuous improvement within the construction management team.
- Oversee the comprehensive project scopes developed by Construction Managers, ensuringinnovation in plans to reduce budgets and shorten schedules, and addressing anytechnical challenges promptly
- Interfacewith various teams including procurement, engineering, construction, contracts,customers and commissioning
- Fostereffective communication channels and collaboration within and between teams iscrucial for successful project outcomes
- Oversee the creation of templates and standards for future projects, ensuringhigh-quality standards for engineering drawings, and validating contractorinstallations
- Activelypromote a culture of quality management and continuous improvement within theconstruction management team
- Possessa strong background in construction management, with a proven track record ofsuccessfully leading teams through industrial and commercial projects
- Technicalfield background or equivalent experience is required
- Minimumof 7-10 years of experience in construction management leadership
- Proficiencyin project management methodologies and effective communication skills
