Tesla is currently hiring Construction Managers, Construction Project Managers and Construction Superintendents across several locations including Sparks, Nevada, Fremont, California, and Austin, Texas. In these roles, you will play a critical role in expanding, or improving high-tech manufacturing facilities and production lines. You will have the opportunity to manage continuously evolving exciting projects with contracting strategies involving both Tesla internal construction teams and subcontractors.

The responsibilities and requirements for these positions may vary by specific role and location but could include the following.

• Lead construction projects, ensuring designs are constructible and addressing technical challenges promptly
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, swiftly responding to inquiries and resolving technical barriers, ensuring efficient project execution
• Develop, communicate, and refine logistics and project plans across teams
• Collaborate with the procurement team to establish biddable work packages, verifying contractor bids against cost/schedule estimates

• Technical Field, evidence of exceptional experience, or equivalent
• Experience leading work and/or construction teams for industrial and commercial projects
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Ability to work within a high-performance, cross-functional organization with adherence to schedules and aggressive goals
• High proficiency in Microsoft Suite
