- Lead a team consisting of Project Coordinators, Buyers, Superintendents, and craft
- Promote a safe and quality driven culture, both project and company wide
- Conduct constructibility review of design packages
- Employ a can-do attitude, ensuring all stakeholders are engaged and aligned to the project's goals
- Identify project risks and opportunities and actively manage through-out the project life cycle
- Ensure Quality Assurance and Quality Control requirements are achieved
- Interface with engineering team, manufacturing teams, procurement, and commissioning teams
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent
- At least 10 years of experience in the mechanical field and 5 years' experience as a Project Manager
- Previous experience on $25M project
- Ability to provide material take offs and estimates from construction drawings
- Ability to read, interpret, and manage changes to Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs (Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams))
- Proficiency in Construction baseline development, change control, cost/schedule performance and variance analysis
- Excellent written and verbal communication & presentation skills
