This individual will play a crucial role in establishing and nurturing long-term partnerships with commercial property managers and owners, positioning our client as their preferred vendor for comprehensive restoration services.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in restoration sales or a comparable field, demonstrating exceptional relationship-building skills and a strategic approach to business development.
Key Responsibilities : Develop and maintain targeted prospect account lists to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities.
Conduct sales calls and secure meetings with potential clients, aiming to establish our client as their preferred restoration service provider.
Forge and enhance partnerships with key contractors to augment value for customers, aligning with our client's service offerings.
Expand existing customer accounts by introducing additional services, thereby reinforcing our client's position as the primary supplier.
Execute the "Whale Hunting" sales process for capturing large commercial accounts, in line with the company's strategic market approach.
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to groups, showcasing our client's capabilities and value proposition.
Maintain meticulous records of sales activities, customer interactions, and progress reports, contributing to the overall sales strategy.
Additional Responsibilities : Keep the customer contact database up-to-date and assist in crafting engaging marketing materials to support sales efforts.
Participate actively in trade and community associations to network with potential customers and partnering contractors.
Qualifications : Associate or Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in sales, specifically with a background in restoration services or a related industry.
Demonstrated ability to engage with high-level executives, business owners, and property managers, with a knack for building and sustaining long-term relationships.
Proficiency in financial analysis, with a solid understanding of key financial reports.
