Terrapin Ridge Farms a fast-growing Specialty Food Company is looking for a Sales Coordinator to facilitate growth.

This position supports the Territory Manager with various assignments, including growing sales as well as day to day responsibilities. This is an entry level sales and marketing position.

Responsibilities include:

· Works with customers to increase sales including making outbound sales calls to both established customers and new leads.

· Analyze sales and account data to help with account penetration, for instance, fine-tuning product assortments, identifying which products have not been ordered recently, offer suggestions for secondary placement in store and look for additional opportunities

· Analyze sales trends by region or sales category.

· Run weekly Sugar (Customer Relationship Management System) and QuickBooks reports, including updating recurring reports and creating ad hoc reports.

· Research new leads and enter into CRM

· Assist Outside Sales Reps with their day to day requests.

· Enter data into large chain-store portals.

Skills

· High Competency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point

· Ability to analyze data and make recommendations

· Conscientious about timeliness of assignments and quality and accuracy of work

· Curious and shows initiative to increase sales

· Possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills

· Exceptional work ethic

Pay: $45,000.00 per year
