Terrapin Ridge Farms, a fast-growing specialty food creator and distributor is looking for a Foodservice Sales Representative to capitalize on large opportunity in Foodservice channel.

Responsibilities Include:

· Generating new Business in the Foodservice channel through relationships candidate has in place

· Developing network for new opportunities using knowledge of industry and region

· Cold Calling new opportunities

· Developing and maintaining new accounts

· Building strong customer relationships and providing great customer service to ensure repeat business

· Achieving quarterly sales targets on a consistent basis

· Preparing and presenting detailed quotes and proposals

· Tracking and entering daily sales activities into CRM

· Developing, along with owner, sales and presentation materials for Foodservice channel

Requirements:

· Demonstrated success leading to large sales growth

· Ability to plan and organize, set-priorities and multi-task in a fast-paced environment

· Negotiation and closing proficiency

· Comprehensive knowledge of Foodservice channel and distribution segments

· Persuasive communication and presentation skills, verbal and written

· Strong problem solving and analytic skills

· Consistently identified opportunities

Ideal Candidate

· 5--10 years minimum experience in delivering exceptional growth in Foodservice channel

· Must have experience in Foodservice Sales

· Enjoys and has experience pioneering new products and brands

· Proficient in using Salesforce or other CRM software

· Is excited to have a key role in establishing Terrapin Ridge Farms in the Foodservice Channel

· Has existing relationships that will drive sales

· Is results oriented, highly organized with strong attention to detail, strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
