Terra Nova Solutions is Hiring a Customer Service Administrator Near Greer, SC

This position reports to the Vice President of Sales and is responsible for the customer service administration for companywide services. The Customer Service Administrator (CSA) works closely with the Sales and Marketing Department to ensure customer onboarding and retention. The CSA also works closely with field operations to assist in the management of daily, weekly, and monthly goals. The CSA is responsible for managing all supporting documentation (manifest) for sales records within the billing system (WASTELINQ).

The role of the CSA is to support and provide excellent customer service to the Terra Nova customer base. A main focus of this position is to keep the sales order process running efficiently, and to increase customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

  • None

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Precise retention and maintenance of all client’s activities that include sales quotes, manifests, and accounting related documents.
  • Administrator for all waste management (manifest) activities and task(s) to ensure proper data retention.
  • Detailed maintenance of WASTELINQ profile, manifesting, and invoicing preparation functions.
  • Precise maintenance of facilities, Department of Transportation (DOT) and Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) records and supporting documentation.
  • Provide waste accumulation reports to generators and management.
  • Assist with vendor payments, records, and billings via Viewpoint Spectrum accounting system.
  • Improve customer service experience, create engaged customers, and facilitate growth.
  • Organize and facilitate the setup of business meetings and industry conferences.
  • Take ownership of customer issues and ensure problems are resolved timely.
  • Execute customer service procedures, policies, and standards.
  • Keep accurate records and document customer service actions and discussions.
  • Compile accurate reports and analyze statistics.
  • Perform all other related duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent.
  • Wastelinq experience strongly preferred, but not required.


Requirements

  • Previous customer service experience required.
  • Effective communication skills including written and verbal.
  • Ability to think strategically.
  • Advanced problem solving and multi-tasking skills.
  • Working knowledge of Customer Relations Management Software, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Excel.


Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift up to 10 pounds at times.
