This position reports to the Vice President of Sales and is responsible for the customer service administration for companywide services. The Customer Service Administrator (CSA) works closely with the Sales and Marketing Department to ensure customer onboarding and retention. The CSA also works closely with field operations to assist in the management of daily, weekly, and monthly goals. The CSA is responsible for managing all supporting documentation (manifest) for sales records within the billing system (WASTELINQ).
The role of the CSA is to support and provide excellent customer service to the Terra Nova customer base. A main focus of this position is to keep the sales order process running efficiently, and to increase customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.
