We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Agent to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience. Responsibilities:
- Greet guests with a warm and welcoming demeanor
- Check-in and check-out guests efficiently and accurately
- Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and courteously
- Assist with reservations and manage room assignments
- Maintain accurate records of guest accounts and transactions
- Process payments and handle cash transactions
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or staff member
- Assist with night audit procedures as needed
- Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure guest satisfaction

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong phone etiquette and ability to handle multiple phone lines
- Knowledge of hotel operations and hospitality management is a plus
- Bilingual or multilingual skills are highly desirable
- Familiarity with hotel reservation systems and phone systems is an advantage
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour
