The kitchen team at Terlingua is looking for a motivated person to join The Terlingua Prep Team! Weekend availability is a must. The shifts run from 9AM-5PM most days.

If you have a passion for scratch cooking and recipe building, then you should consider learning about Terlingua. Our kitchen team is full of passionate, hard-working people. We are creative and an experienced team who are committed to functioning in a safe and healthy work environment. We work with scratch, hand-made foods for both our restaurant and market.

The Prep Team arrives in the morning. Mostly 8:30AM- around 5PM. The days of the week could very well look like Wednesday-Sunday with 2-days off in a row. Our hourly rates are competitive based on experience. We offer accrued paid time off and paid sick leave with opportunities to submit for health insurance stipends.

We are especially interested in those with established kitchen leadership experience. Those people who understand the power of communication and who leave their ego at the door.
