Compliance and Security of Overseas IT focus on building a secured and compliant infrastructure to provide our game studios. Our team will partner with Cloud Center of Excellence, Cybersecurity Legal, Privacy office, and different Business Group to deliver the best cloud and on-premises solution.

We are seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to support the evolution of the Compliance and Security Program. This role will design and implement a Cybersecurity and risk management program working with different stakeholders, building Security Trust Center to better illustrate Compliance and Security accomplishments for our internal and external organization.

Duties and Responsibilities

This role will work closely with our internal IT and Tencent cloud product teams, as well as our game studios to build the best Cybersecurity program. This role will be responsible for aligning our Governance Risk and Compliance program, building Privacy related solutions, dashboards and metrics to measure accomplishment and milestones.

Build automated security control, conduct security assessment, and provide guidance on how to secure game studio’s on-prem and cloud systems.

The scope includes establishing relationships with different teams and building Security Trust Center to better enable our internal customers to improve their Cybersecurity and Privacy posture. Help measure accomplishment on how Compliance and Security team is helping to improve game studio’s Cybersecurity and Privacy posture.

Requirements

• Responsible of building Security and Compliance platform with key stakeholder
• Experience in Software development a must (Agile and Waterfall)
  • Working knowledge of project management tool such as JIRA, MS Office Suite such as PowerPoint, SharePoint, and other collaborative tools and workspace.
  • Can strive in a dynamic and ambiguous environment
  • Familiar with SDLC-Software Development Lifecycle or Project Lifecycle
• Support the evolution of cyber risk management framework and processes.
• Work with Security Engineering, GRC, Risk Management to build security metric reporting and dashboards to measure the success of the cybersecurity risk program.
• Build Compliance and Security Trust Center to describe effort done by Compliance and Security team
• Assist in developing security and cyber risk management strategies, roadmaps, and project portfolio plans.
• Manage relationships both internal and external to the Compliance and Security organization.
• Experience influencing stakeholders and engineers, within a diverse, global, cross-functional team.
• Fluency in Mandarin and English preferred
