Our client, a high end manufacturer and distributor of consumer products, is seeking a customer service representative on a temp to hire basis.

Responsibilities :

• Answer incoming customer and sales representative inquires in an accurate, efficient and courteous manner.
• Work in a team environment to exceed client expectations.
• Act as a customer liaison by providing exceptional professional level customer service.
• Manage and resolve general customer service issues.
• Handle technical troubleshooting for products - Training provided.
• Build and maintain relationships with key customers.
• Effectively manage multiple projects and assignments through completion.
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge.
• Manage the integrity and accuracy of the database.

Requirements :

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience working directly with customers, preferably in a call center environment.
• Superior customer service skills.
• Strong interpersonal, analytical, verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to interact and communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization.
• Attention to detail in composing materials, establishing priorities and meeting deadlines.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to juggle multiple competing tasks / demands and get results.
• Strong organization and project management skills.
• Strong knowledge of a variety of computer software applications - SAP a big plus

Pay $22-$24 / hour
