Our client, a national insurance claim litigation firm, is searching for a Litigation Attorney with 5-10 years experience handling commercial property insurance claims, residential property insurance claims and bad faith claims in their Tampa, FL office in a hybrid role. This firm prefers First Party Property experience but is open to other areas that would carry over well (i.e. personal injury).

Requirements:

• 5- 10 years' Litigation experience (First Party Property Insurance preferred but not required)
• Trial experience
• Experience in Taking & Defending Depositions
• Experience in Drafting Pleadings and Discovery

Location: Tampa, Florida

Type: Hybrid. 60 Days in office for training, then 2 days remote, 3 days in office
