We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Insurance Litigation Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling complex insurance litigation matters, providing legal counsel to clients, and representing clients in court proceedings. This is a full-time position that offers a competitive salary and benefits package.
Responsibilities:

• Conduct legal research and provide legal advice to clients on insurance litigation matters
• Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents
• Represent clients in court proceedings, including hearings, mediations, and trials
• Manage and prioritize a high volume of cases
• Collaborate with other attorneys and staff to develop case strategies and achieve successful outcomes
• Maintain accurate and complete case files and records
• Stay up-to-date on legal developments and changes in insurance law
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and other stakeholders

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Active license to practice law in Florida
• 2 years of experience as an attorney, with a focus on insurance litigation
• Strong litigation skills, including the ability to manage and prioritize a high volume of cases
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong work ethic and commitment to providing exceptional legal services
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and other stakeholders
