Responsibilities:

• Handle all aspects of personal injury cases, from initial client consultation to settlement or trial
• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis
• Draft legal documents, including complaints, motions, and discovery requests
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and insurance companies
• Prepare and argue motions, attend hearings, and participate in mediations and settlement negotiations
• Represent clients in court proceedings, including trials, when necessary
• Collaborate with other attorneys and legal support staff to ensure efficient case management

Qualifications:

• Licensed to practice law in the state of Florida
• Minimum 2 years of experience practicing personal injury law with trial experience
• Strong litigation skills, with a track record of successful outcomes
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and handle a high volume of cases
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency in legal research tools and case management software
