This role is a key position in our organization, responsible for the daily maintenance operations of our facility. The ideal candidate should be detail orientated, safety conscious, and a self-starter who will ensure proper execution of preventative, schedule, and unscheduled maintenance.

Job duties include, but are not limited to:

• Maintenance of the building and grounds
• Working with hand/powered tools & equipment: including blowers, weed-eaters
• Performs scheduled preventive maintenance
• Coordinate and work with outside vendors to complete projects
• Occasional Snow removal of sidewalks
• Trouble shoot mechanical equipment and electrical problems
• Maintain records of scheduled maintenance procedures
• Set up for onsite events
• Follow instructions and work order tasks
• 1-3 years of applicable experience preferred, but not required.
• Must have reliable transportation to and from work.
• Must be 18 years old to operate equipment
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs on a regular basis.
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Strong customer service skills to effectively communicate
• Proficient on Office 365

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
