TempExperts is seeking a bilingual Customer Service Representative to join a government organization located in Tampa, FL. Responsibilities will include:
Assist walk-in applicants in need of application assistance in onsite computer center.
Answer questions about programs, application processes, etc.
Work in multiple tabs and multiple screens on a computer.
Exemplary attendance and punctuality.
Maintain utmost professionalism and confidentiality.
Required Skills and Attributes:
Tech-savvy, computer literate required.
Proper phone etiquette, including a positive demeanor.
Ability to multitask between assisting applicants and logging notes/orders.
Speak and type clearly and accurately, using proper grammar.
Demonstrate compassion and patience, making applicants the primary focus.
Bilingual in English and Creole preferred, but not required.
