• Tech-savvy, computer literate required.
• Proper phone etiquette, including a positive demeanor.
• Ability to multitask between assisting applicants and logging notes/orders.
• Speak and type clearly and accurately, using proper grammar.
• Demonstrate compassion and patience, making applicants the primary focus.
• Bilingual in English and Creole preferred, but not required.
